Mirari Lingerie was started by Shirley Ryan (no-relation to Sarah the current owner!) 21 years ago. Shirley died suddenly in 2018, and Sarah and her mother bought the business. It was originally trading in Antelope Walk but has recently moved to Weymouth Avenue. The shop is light and airy, and Sarah gives a friendly welcome.

Mirari has a wide and attractive selection of lingerie, bras and nightwear – including some in silk. She also sells thermals, tights, swimwear, and sports bras. Brands including Prima Donna, Marie Jo, Empreinte, Fantasie, Elomi, Freya and Wacoal are stocked and beautifully displayed. The wide range of colours and fabrics are a feast for the eyes and a great temptation.

Sarah stocks Anita mastectomy bras and has received training in fitting them. We are so lucky to have such a specialist service locally. She also sells maternity bras and Bra Balancers for those who have had a lumpectomy or who have uneven breasts.

Sarah is helpful and knowledgeable and there is a relaxed atmosphere in this shop. It feels luxurious and you leave with a feeling of well-being – and probably something beautiful in a bag!

A Warm Hello

The following information is specifically for those planning a visit one of the churches in our benefice.

Where and When

Whichever church you visit, you'll receive a warm welcome. We're delighted to see you and make you feel at home. Most of our services are on a Sunday, but there are quite a few across the week.

Our Services

The types of services differ across our churches, and we'd like to find one that suits you. First, have a look at the Church Calendar to see what's going on and, second, if you have any questions, contact the church or fill out the form below. We're really happy to help.

What about my kids?

Children are always welcome but it's best to check with the individual church to see if there is a specific activity for them
